How far is it to the beach? It is two blocks from Ocean Breeze to the sand. One block from Ocean Breeze on Lemoyne Ave to South Forest Beach Drive and then one block to South Forest Beach. As there are numerous beach accesses, I would recommend making a right at the bicycle rental stand and using the access diagonally across from them.
What is the bed situation? There is one queen bed in the master bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the family room..
Internet Connection? Yes, we offer free DSL internet connectivity.
Where are you located? We are approximately 4 blocks south of Coligny circle. Turn right off of South Forest Beach onto Lemoyne Ave and go one block to Ocean Breeze.
May we have more than 6 people in the unit? No. It would be to crowded.
How many parking spaces do I get? You will be issued a maximum of two parking decals. More than that will have to park in the visitor spaces if available.
Deposits And Payments: To confirm and hold your reservation request, a 40% deposit is due within 7 days of your reservation request. The balance of your rental fee and a refundable $400.00 damage deposit is due within 60 days of check-in. All payments by check or cash.
