Amenities:
Our townhouse, a
two-bedroom/2.5bath, is tastefully decorated in a tropical decor. The
spacious living room includes cable TV, VCR, high speed internet access,
and a queen size sleeper sofa. The master bedroom offers a queen size
bed with a private bath. The second bedroom offers two twin beds and a
private bath. Both bedrooms have cable TV and a VCR. The kitchen is
completely stocked with a full complement of dishes, glasses, cutlery,
dishwasher, microwave, ice maker, disposal, blender, and much more. You
can choose to eat casually, on bar stools, or more formally in the
dining room. Also, included in your rental are free: DSL service, local
phone service and, central air conditioning and heating. A washer/dryer
is conveniently located near master bedroom. One of the complex’s three swimming pools is approximately 50 yards from the townhouse. Since Hilton Head is the home to a myriad of golf courses, please take advantage of our golf link and plan your ideal golf outing. If you enjoy tennis, there are plenty of courts for you to choose from within the complex at no cost to you. Also within walking distance, you may play at the world famous Van der Meer Tennis Club. For those who enjoy a leisurely walk or bicycle ride, Coligny Plaza is only four blocks from the villa where there is a grocery store, bakery, beach shops, restaurants, bars, and nightly entertainment. A convenience and liquor store is even closer!
Deposit and payments: To confirm and hold your reservation request, a 40% deposit is due within 7 days of your reservation request. The balance of your rental fee and a refundable $400.00 damage deposit is due within 60 days of check-in. Payments by check, money order, Visa, and MasterCard are accepted.
Tax: Minimum stay: Three days in the off-season, November through February, and one week the rest of the year. Pets: Pet friendly (dogs, birds, caged animals welcome).
